MAURY HIGH SCHOOL
MOVING FORWARD:
GoFan ticketing: all sales end after the 3rd quarter. No entry during the 4th quarter.
For passes: No entry after the end of the 3rd quarter.
The student/athlete MUST have the following BEFORE they can condition or tryout:
- Physical dated and signed after May 1, 2025
- Sudden Cardiac Arrest form signed and dated after May 1, 2025
- Concussion Education form signed and dated after May 1, 2025
- Heat Related Illness Pre-participation Forms signed and dated after May 1, 2025
- NPS Sportsmanship Acknowledgment Form signed and dated after May 1, 2025

In order to practice on the first day a completed physical (all 4 pages) and the concussion and sudden cardiac forms must all be completed and turned into either Ms. Moore, MHS Athletic Trainer or Mr. Staples, MHS Athletic Director.
